Return Period
You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items are not eligible for return, including:

- Personalized or custom-made products
- Gift cards
- Items that have been worn or used
Return Process
To return an item, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at info@mavoautocity.com to request a return authorization.
- Provide your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Once approved, carefully package the item and send it back to our return address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, you may do so for a different size or color, subject to availability. If the item you want is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.
Defective or Damaged Items
